Heidi Stouder is the owner and lead operator of Endless Possibilities Event Planning. She was born and raised in South Bend, Indiana. She studied at George Washington University, where she received a certificate in Event Management, and then completed her internship with the Tampa Bay Convention Center. During her internship, she took trips to St. Augustine, Fl, and eventually moved here in 2005.

Heidi believes in being an active participant in her community. From 2011 to 2013, she donated her time working with the St. Augustine Celtic Festival.  Her role was coordinating the Highland games, volunteers, clans and assisting with the vendors.  In 2012, Heidi donated her time working with the local March of Dimes, March to help Babies, as the food and beverage coordinator.

Heidi has created, decorated, planned, and produced events ranging from athletic fundraisers, re-enactments, weddings, birthday parties, and community events. No event is too small and no request is too odd.

Through the years, Heidi has collaborated with:
  • cake decorators (Cakes by Laura)
  • florists (Sharron’s Flowers)
  • small event companies (Celebrated Events)
  • bridal dress shops (David’s Bridal)
  • caterer’s (Dragon Fly Catering)
  • convention centers (Tampa Bay Convention Center)

Now that we have the formal introduction out of the way, I want to say "Hi" and tell you a little about who I am. I grew up south of Chicago, where my mom owned a bakery and was the church event coordinator. From an early age, I was in the midst of the action and never far from lending a helping hand. My progression to becoming an event planner was natural- I loved being behind-the-scenes and I loved the creativity.

The photo at the top is my husband Mike and I at Notre Dame Campus in South Bend, In. We love Notre Dame football and head up north for at least one game a year. Nothing is better than being able to drink beer and hangout with my best-friend in my hometown.

I am a major animal lover and vegetarian. When I'm not planning events or hanging out with Mike, I'm enjoying my two fur babies, Indy and Rudy the Cat. Before this business became full-time, I spent my spare time traveling, including a nine month road trip to California and back. Some of my favorite activities would be: working out, drinking red wine, being adventurous, and hanging out with family and friends.

When you hire me for an event, I'm dedicated to making your day run as smoothly as possible. From dramatic entrances to babysitting pet goats, I'm a team player who's committed to bringing the possibilities to life. Let's get started! Send me a message.
